IT Engineer job profile

We are looking for teammates passionate about sport and IT with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT technician. The duties of an IT technician include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

Our ideal candidate doesn´t need to have deep knowledge of computer software and hardware, just needs to be passionate about TECHNOLOGIES and have a big ability to learn.

IT Technician job description

As a technician you will work in a team with the IT leader, your work will be based in the office, but sometimes you will have to travel into the stores to provide technical support or installation - new store opening, cash tills change, audit, etc.  

IT Technician duties and responsibilities

• Installation of PC hardware 
• Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems - Audit 
• Assist in and plan training, development and education for other employees
• Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with in scope of responsibility
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes 
• Identify hardware needs for future orders from our teams

IT Technician requirements

• Problem solver and attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
• Awareness of internet security and data privacy principles
• Awareness of Technology and Digital world
• Driver license category B

from 1 400 EUR / month gross, plus:
