We’re now looking for our next Department Manager, a first leadership role where you’ll combine your passion for sport with the ability to grow a team, lead a business, and elevate the customer experience within our department.
In this role, you’ll set the direction for your sport, create the conditions for your teammates to succeed, and turn insight into action across in-store and online channels to drive sustainable performance across people, planet, and business.

Create and implement a localized omnichannel strategy using customer and sport data to drive performance and define priorities
Select the right product and service offer, including circular solutions, and apply merchandising guidelines to build strong seasonal plans
Bring commercial energy through campaigns and events to drive profitability, commercial results, and long-term loyalty
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Implement selling, layout, and truck-to-peg fundamentals to ensure customers find the right product quickly and confidently
Support loyalty programme adoption and ensure customer data quality to build long-term relationships
Act on customer feedback to improve NPS and drive continuous service improvements
Implement digital in-store and online experiences that make shopping seamless for every customer
Manage your department’s performance trajectory
Build and manage your annual People / Planet / Business trajectory and analyze performance data to build effective action plans
Optimize your P&L, manage hours, productivity, and stock accuracy to contribute to overall store results
Ensure stock availability across all omnichannel flows and manage stock lifetime to drive efficiency
Oversee daily store operations
Guarantee safety and security for customers, teammates, and products
Know and manage store systems and equipment
Support daily business operations and service activity
